Where once had stood an old town now burned the Wellspring. Dreams and visions coalesced at a rip in the Veil that remained visible even then. Hatred, love, fear and joy washed old streets and walls in an eternal tide, and the former inhabitants of the town sat in a state of limbo - dying, and dying again, over and over.
The party progressed deeper into the Wellspring, past the incinerated remains of beasts, past migraines that you could reach out and touch with your hand and past holes in the world that threatened to swallow those who peered inside... Heat and cold hung over the place, fighting around the travelers - inside the travelers - endless.
At the heart waited the Wellspring's final defender.
This is the first Wolfgun album I came across, years after its release. I thought it was in my collection already, but somehow it wasn't, so I wanted to fix that. I don't know what to say besides thank you; your music makes me feel like an interstellar explorer and fills my hear with wonder. It's given me a lot of joy over the years. softwarepaws
